The mind behind the Lybri
Chelsey Bellamitri
Before anything is read… something is already felt.
There’s a familiar idea…
“don’t judge a book by its cover.”
And yet… naturally…
you may find yourself doing exactly that.
A first impression…
a quiet response…
a page turning somewhere beneath conscious thought.
Because before logic begins,
your mind has already started scanning the cover.
You may have already formed an opinion of me.
Not deliberately…
just naturally.
The way I look.
The way I hold myself.
Something familiar… or unfamiliar.
Perhaps I remind you of someone…
a character you’ve read before.
A memory.
A feeling.
You might even notice the small reflection in my glasses or something in the background
and find your mind placing meaning on it, without needing to try.
And that’s not a flaw.
That’s how your mind reads the world.
It sorts.
It compares.
It recognises patterns written long before this moment.
Like a library that’s been organising itself…
quietly… automatically… over time.
Deciding what feels safe.
What feels right.
What’s worth opening…
and what remains closed.
So this page isn’t here to convince you otherwise.
Because if something in you is already leaning in…
even slightly…
that matters more than anything I could say.
And if reassurance feels important
Then yes, I am a qualified hypnotherapist.
I work professionally, ethically, and within the right chapters of this work.
And if there is a chapter outside of what I’m here to guide…
I’ll tell you.
Because this work is built on honesty, not persuasion.
But the truth is…
This has never really been about me.
It’s about you.
Your mind.
Your stories.
Your chapters… your volumes… your pages.
The way your internal library has been written and organised over time.
Some stories preserved exactly as they were first written.
Some moments bookmarked.
Some pages you return to without thinking.
Stories that feel familiar… even as the meaning around them begins to change.
And others…
quietly left open.
When we work together…
we’re not forcing change.
We’re not rewriting who you are.
We’re simply stepping into your library…
with a different awareness.
Noticing what’s there.
Noticing how your library has arranged itself over time.
And gently…
allowing certain pages to find a new place…
and the meaning within them to gently change…
certain chapters to close…
and new ones to begin.
Because your mind already knows how to do this.
It always has.
Sometimes it just needs the space…
the permission…
the right moment…
to reorganise itself in a way that finally works for you.
So if something about this feels right…
Even if you can’t fully explain why…
Trust that.
That feeling is often the first quiet bookmark your mind places…
to return to something that matters.
And that’s where we begin.
